Jean Stimmell is a NH Art Association member with a life-long addiction to photography, building his first darkroom at 13 in his parent's basement. He finished college after a sabbatical in Vietnam and then embarked on a 20-year career as a stonemason and activist, doing freelance writing and photography on the side. Then, after getting a graduate degree from Antioch University, he ventured into a new profession as a psychotherapist, a trade he still practices part time.
